Can anyone help me?

I got a pair of jaguar night vision binoculars over 3 years ago as a gift and the thing is that I never really used and a week ago when I took it out of the box, it wasn’t working. I read the manual and it said that if it wasn’t going to be used for 10 days or more that the battery should be removed. Anyways, it also came with a warranty that’s only good for 2 years. This thing costs over $300 dollars and I feel bad ’cause I had no idea. I tried to conctac the manufacturer, but they never got back to me. I thought of buying a pair of those and then return the non-operating one to the store, but I felt guilty doing that. Does anyone have a suggestion?
Pay to have it repaired.
go to the store that you would be taking them back to if you bought another pair and ask them about getting another battery or send them to the manufacturer for repair. Try another battery first.
Hmmm…if you can find the exact same pair I would do the returning to the store thing. Just being honest
